Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp Delight Spicy Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Delight Spicy Curry Powder
- 1 tsp Delight Spicy Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Delight Spicy Cumin Seeds
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan. Add Delight Spicy Cumin Seeds, cinnamon, and curry leaves. Fry for a minute until aromatic.
- Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
- Toss in the chopped tomato, Delight Spicy Turmeric, Chili Powder, and Curry Powder. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces, green chilies, and salt. Stir well to coat the chicken with the spice mixture.
